The role – Client Strategy Associate
Our Client Strategy Associates perform the day-to-day tasks for the Managed Services client portfolio. You will be supporting our Digital Marketing Client Strategy Management team to provide E-Commerce subject matter expertise to the World’s leading brands and online retailers.
In turn you will be provided with extensive training and development opportunities to gain skills and build a successful career as a digital marketing and marketplaces expert.
A successful Client Strategy Associate will have a strong desire to perform well, work efficiently and progress in the company. While a technical knowledge of the above services are appreciated, no traits are more valued in a Client Strategy Associate than the ability to learn quickly and creatively solve complex problems.
To support Strategy Management team with day-to-day operational tasks:
o To monitor performance against customer KPIs and alert Digital Marketing Strategy Manager around performance concerns
o To provide Managed Services team insight into account performance and support customer understanding of performance data
o Own and manage weekly and monthly reporting
o Identify trends and performance concerns through competitive analysis

· Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
· Prior experience in customer interactions
· Experience in teamwork either from previous employment or university projects
· Understanding of ecommerce
· Bachelor’s degree or currently on an undergraduate degree course
