EMEAR Collaboration Marketing Manager - Demand Generation and Digital Marketing

About the role:
This is a dynamic role for strategic, results-driven marketing manager who will work within the EMEAR Collaboration team. The role will focus on orchestrating the program execution for customer and channel marketing initiatives within the EMEAR Collaboration marketing team working with the partner community and local field marketing teams. The role requires someone who has a good understanding and insight of our customer and partner landscape, overall market, industry and competition to execute strategic annual EMEAR segment and channel marketing plans, projects and go-to-market initiatives, which align with Cisco Collaboration's marketing and sales priorities and support specific products, technologies, services and solutions.
What you'll do:
You will orchestrate segment and channel led marketing programme execution in country and theatre - with a clear understanding of the Collaboration and Webex products, solutions, services, and channels partners to generate awareness, pipeline and opportunity.
You will create and adapt engaging content and marketing initiatives to engage with our collaboration community to drive awareness and demand - include copywriting for emails, social media, landing pages, Eloqua and Salesforce campaigns and marketing collateral. These demand generation programs will align to the Collaboration buyer's journey to move demand from awareness all the way through to closed business.
You will support creation and execution of EMEAR partner marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for products, services and/or solutions, tailored to targeted audiences and segments, with effective and measurable marketing programs based on insight and analysis of our markets, customers, and competitors. You will also help plan Joint Marketing Funds with Partners to execute awareness and demand gen programs.
This role will require you to maintain a strong collaborative relationship with various marketing functions, including PR, IR, advertising campaigns, web and data base marketing across our Collaboration Webex portfolio depending on route to market strategy to develop whole offer for program development and execution.
You need to be able to use various communication vehicles and mediums, including social media tools & technologies, to influence market perception, increase customer and partner awareness, drive sales, and increase market share. You will also lead report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements.
Who You'll Work With
You will work within the Collaboration Demand Generation team, focused on EMEAR and partnering with country marketing leaders, segmentation experts, content and product marketers, digital channel managers, and testing and analytics teams to craft an extraordinary customer experience.
Who You Are
You have experience with business and marketing strategy across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia. You are fluent in both English and may have a second language. You are a well-rounded channel and partner marketer that can run campaigns and cross-channel integration. You have proven experience in marketing strategy and implementation including demand generation. You use tools, processes, and best practices to drive the user journey strategy, including planning, execution, and optimization across integrated channels. You have the ability to develop actionable insights from data in order to influence business decisions. You can synthesize results from various sources of information to provide recommendations.
Key Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, partner or channel campaign management and execution
- Experience managing events
- Experience with other demand generation programs beyond events to/with partners (e.g., webinars, emails, account-based marketing programs)
- A natural communicator
- A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
- Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in collaboration with global and country teams in driving regional execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills in presenting to cross functional teams
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement
- Fluent in English
