We are looking for a Senior Team Leader to join our team working alongside the registered manager.
The position is full time 35-40 hours per week, part/half of these hours may be on care shift as this is the routine of the home alternatively 22-25 hours admin/office based only.
You will need to be flexible in regards to working hours and times.
Weekends are alternative where possible.
Shifts will vary- the main hours Monday to Friday would be 130-9pm or 430-9pm if office only but this will alter when required i.e. holidays/sickness.
Weekend working would normally be 745 to 5pm.
The hourly rate would be £9.25 per hour for office hours and £8.72 for care shift hours

Oncall is required and covering of alternative shifts in the event of staff sickness may be required this does include the occasional night shift if needed.
As Senior Team Leader, you will be helping manage the day to day running of the Home, help leading a team of Care professionals and have passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to the residents.
You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
Situated in Ipswich, this family based residential home looks after twenty two elderly people, whom it aims to support in continuing an independent outlook on life while being cared for by a skilled and professional team.
You will have previous experience in a residential and/or nursing setting as minimum of a senior carer level, along with strong operational management experience, excellent communication and organisation skills. What is also important is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.
You will have a full team of care staff, including senior carers on all shifts, you will also work alongside the registered manager and two directors who are also involved with the running of the home.
Experience with the CQC and their policies and procedures is an advantage although support and training will be given. This is a good opportunity for a senior to progress within the industry.
