To support a 34 year old man with a rare bone disorder in his home and out in the community with general outings to a variety of places and attendance to some occasional medical appointments, the gentleman is articulate and very alert but has a significant physical disability and is reliant on his wheelchair for his mobility and independence.
The role is a great opportunity with flexible working hours for parents looking for casual employment to meet the. Weds of the Employer when required during weekdays and some occasional early evenings with plenty of notice provided.
The service user will need help with all aspects of personal care and will depend on the experience and expertise of his carer to provide this - previous care experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Must be willing to undertake a DBS check if required (the cost of which will be covered by the employer)
