RADIOLOGY PA

Band 4 Salary: £25,676 - £27,941 per annun Incl of HCAA

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Imaging Department at the Hillingdon Hospitals for a Directorate PA to provide administrative support to the Management team.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail to be the Directorate Personal Assistant and to assist our friendly team with administrative services. As post holder you will be responsible for maintaining a full PA service to the Radiology Consultants Diagnostic Imaging Services Manager, Operational Leads, supporting Audit Governance and provide a secretarial service undertaking minutes and diary management, as essential parts of the post.

You will provide a first point of contact between the hospital, patients, other Trust staff and staff outside of the hospital, with the Imaging Service Manager.

You will support the Consultant radiologists’ rotas, utilising IT systems to support systems of work undertaking documentation and allocation of annual leave management with electronic systems. You will need strong IT and analytic skills to support data presentation supporting weekly and monthly management collection and presentation of radiology data .

In conjunction with the Imaging Manager and radiology modality Leads, you will be responsible for ensuring that the administration of HR documentation, relating to staff, is in place, in accordance with Trust policy.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Clinical leads and the Imaging Service Manager’s electronic calendar and arrange their appointments, and the consultant radiologists as required.

All aspects of this role should be carried out in line with Trust Policies and Procedures on data collection and confidentiality. Confidentiality in all matters is of the utmost importance.
