Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced HR Officer to join our HR Department at our Head Office in Bromley, Kent.
You will be assisting the Head of HR & Payroll in providing a high quality, cost effective HR service that meets the organisations needs and corporate objectives, to deliver a full HR advisory service for managers on a full range of employment matters.
You will have excellent and up to date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and its practical application and experience of taking a lead role in chairing disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings.
It is desirable for the ideal candidate to have sound knowledge of Tier 2 immigration processes.
You should have at least three years’ experience in a generalist HR role with excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to multi-task; build and maintain good relationships with all levels of management; and be a subject matter expert in all HR related topics with the ability to translate knowledge into relevant business advice.
As the role requires you to be flexible to travel within our various sites, having a driving license and own car is essential.
Candidates must be working towards CIPD or CIPD qualified.
