A leading Mergers and Acquisitions information company is looking for a versatile and efficient full-time Client Support Executive to join their Putney-based business.

This is a great chance to join a small but energetic team, on a full-time basis, in Putney, South West London. Your work will be assessed on a regular 3-month basis, providing opportunity to grow with the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering customers' queries, helping solve customers' issues or redirecting them to the right department
  • Processing payments (minimal)
  • Doing market research and compiling lists of data into the company's CRM (no prior knowledge of CRMs/databases required)
  • Assisting colleagues with other administrative tasks

About you:

They're looking for someone who is well-spoken, organised and motivated. You'll also have the following experience and skills:

  • One to two years in an office-based role supporting customers via phone and email. Or you may have been in a Receptionist/Office Manager role
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Competent in advanced web searching
  • You must be a clear and coherent English speaker with a high level of verbal articulation and excellent all-round communication skills
  • Methodical and organised approach to tasks
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Motivated to take on more responsibilities and expanding your knowledge base
  • Able to identify and solve issues for each customer support case.

As the company is currently undergoing growth and expansion, they are seeking a special individual with the drive and motivation to build themselves up within the company.

You will be comfortable working side-by-side with like-minded people, and will not be afraid to take on new tasks and responsibilities, while learning on the job.
