We are looking for a solid all round accounts person to manage the books for a small to medium sized business.
You will be working for a well established, innovative company who sell a varied product range to both the public and private sectors. The working environment is friendly and professional, offering a wonderful team focussed environment.
You will be the sole charge accounts person working independently within your role.
Duties will include:
* Full financial administration using computerised system * Debtors and creditors * Purchase ledger * Sales ledger * Bank account management * Petty cash and expenses * General administrative duties * Working closely with the Managing Director
The ideal applicant will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
* Solid financial administration experience * Experienced in handling the full accounting function * Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping procedures * Good understanding of computerised accounting * The confidence to work independently * A friendly team player * Good numerical skills and attention to detail
Offering between �17550 and �18556 PA starting salary.
Work a 37.5 hour week between Monday to Friday start and finish times negotiable.
Once trained there may be opportunity for some home work.
