Temporary French Speaking H & Payroll Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary HR Advisor with proven payroll experience to join a global leader based in North Oxfordshire for a few months.

You will need to speak fluent French, or have worked extensively with a French payroll. In this hybrid role you will cover a varied remit encompassing both payroll and HR assistance. Your CV will also demonstrate the ability to handle admin tasks with ease.

Temporary French Speaking HR Advisor (Payroll) responsibilities

Your payroll responsibilities will include:

  • Benefit and pension administration
  • Liaison with payroll provider
  • Updating the internal payroll guide
  • Payroll set up details including:
    • Reporting
    • Tax computations
    • Third party payments
    • End to end benefits

In addition to these payroll tasks, you must also be comfortable with the following duties:

  • Manage correspondence and contracts for stakeholders
  • Maintain employee files
  • Manage stakeholder requests and advise on best HR practice

Temporary French Speaking HR Advisor (Payroll) Experience

The ideal candidate will have extensive proven experience within HR, payroll and benefits administration.

You must speak fluent French and demonstrate a strong understanding of French labour laws.

You should show a strong grasp of various HR systems and payroll software. You should also have an awareness of PAYE and HMRC regulations.

You must be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. You will also be an advanced user of Excel.

Previous experience of handling admin duties within an HR / Payroll position is required.
