As a Finance Administrator, you will report into the departmental manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: inputting/processing and authorising payments; responding to customer queries; database maintenance; provide back off support and service on banking operations; processing of BACs, CHAPS and international payments; inputting treasury settlements.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a back office/administration environment - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have payments knowledge - Highly Beneficial
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
