Description: Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales, and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. The key to their success is a modern competitive product and motivated workforce that offer innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and minimize the cost of care. At the moment they are looking for a Clinical Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the area of London and the South of London as far as Southampton.



Description and responsibilities

Responsible for sales of all company's products in the assigned territoryPlanning and executing strategies to convert accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of the products in a high-competitive marketEngaging in selling of accounts, including qualification, demonstration and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning our client’s technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systemsConducting product demonstrations and negotiations both with physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.)Partnering with appropriate Distributors and OEM sales personnel in planning and executing sales strategies to convert accountsProviding information to upper management including market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirementsParticipating in hospital bid tendersMaintaining thorough product knowledge including the ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in service end-usersProviding regular sales forecasts to upper managementManaging expense budget for all required activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or similar level of educationProven track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals and the ability to communicate value-based solutionsSeveral years of Medical Device Sales experience; Patient Monitoring systems are highly advantageousExperience calling on physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers)Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skillsComfortable in high visibility situations and strong self-confidenceSuperior written and verbal communication skills in English with an exceptional ability to lead group presentationsDemonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and directionAccustomed to a heavy travel schedulePC literateExcellent project management skills Offer: Company car allowance and all the necessary IT equipment, intensive training and continuing education in the fieldAttractive salary with a result connected bonus programPermanent contract and home-officeVery nice working environment with friendly and enthusiastic colleagues
