Registered Manager required for a specialist residential college in Hereford.
Your new company
Hays Social Care are working alongside a specialist residential college to assist in the recruitment for a registered manager for their long term living services in Hereford.
Your new role
As the manager of the service you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring that the residents receive the highest quality of care. You will ensure the service continues to exceed CQC and Ofsted regulations. They are currently rated “Outstanding”.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have a background in Learning disabilities, with a minimum of 5 years experience in residential services.
Ideally you will have experience in Ofsted and CQC, although not essential.
You will have at least 3 years in a management role.
