Set in its own secure, gated grounds our Busy Bees Harrogate Pannal Ash nursery and preschool is housed in a large, detached, converted house with a secure gated garden and drive.
We are located on the corner of Pannal Ash Road where it meets the main Otley Road.

Harrogate mainline station is just over a mile away, approximately 8 minutes by car, with Northern services to Leeds, Knaresborough and York and a daily Virgin East Coast service to and from London’s Kings Cross.

Your Mission: As Nursery Chef you are fully accountable for the smooth running of the kitchen. This includes following our NHS approved menus, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, meeting the requirements of the EHO, preparing all meals from scratch and ensuring that the dietary needs of all children are met.
Care: We take care very seriously. As Nursery Chef you have responsibility for the kitchen, ensuring you are performing to the highest standards. Safeguarding children through special dietary requirements and allergies is your priority. Speak Up against practices that don’t support safeguarding or our Core Values. Always ensure that statutory requirements are met.
Service: We are an integral part of a parent’s support network. Get to know the families at the setting to create a trusting rapport with parents and be able to manage parental complaints/concerns in an efficient timely manner.
Quality: We set and maintain the highest standards it’s what children and parents deserve. Embrace and promote our Standards of Excellence in every part of your role. Ensure that the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted & EHO.
Value: We ensure that we provide outstanding value for money. Ensure that the Kitchen is clean, well-kept and organised.
Your Qualifications and Experience: Level 3 food hygiene. At least 1 years experience in a professional kitchen and most importantly an unrivalled dedication to give every child the best start in life.
