Minford Chartered Accountants are looking for a Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA), or 10+ years relevant experience in practice, to join our busy practice based in York.
The job will entail management of a portfolio of clients, including the delivery of:
? Annual accounts for Limited Companies, LLP’s, Partnerships and Sole Traders
? Corporation tax returns
? Self-assessment tax returns
? VAT returns
? Management accounts
Candidates will have practical experience and knowledge of business and personal tax; Effective management of personal workload under the supervision of the senior management team; Ability to handle discussions, correspondence and meetings with clients; Skills in delegation and supervision of assistants; Experience in the review of accounts files ready for partner sign off; Management of Work in Progress and client billing on a portfolio.

Desirable skills include:
? Xero and Quickbooks knowledge and experience
? Digita experience or similar practice management software
