Office Manager required for a leading property business based in Birmingham.

Reporting to the MD, the successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration and operations. Duties include -

  • Administration / Executive Assistant to SMT
  • Develop office polices as well as implement changes to improve operations
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Manage third party supplier relationships i.e. IT, Phones, Cleaners, Accountants, Insurance, Solicitors, Landlord etc
  • Assist with HR, Recruitment and H&S
  • Social activities - team events

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant
  • Prior experience of working in a property environment i.e. property management, real estate development, estate agents
  • Attention to detail organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage priorities as well as multi-task
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent IT Skills including MS Office
