About us: Launched in London in 2018 by Debbie Wosskow OBE and Anna Jones, AllBright is a lifestyle focused brand with an offering for every aspect of a woman’s career, social life, wellness, work and network. In the past 18 months, three physical members’ clubs have been launched in London (Mayfair and Rathbone) and Los Angeles (West Hollywood), alongside a digital platform to connect and upskill women across the world.
The role: A new and key commercial position, supporting the senior leadership group, company founders and wider business units. This role provides detailed analytical and commercial support for the Club, Digital and Content teams. The role will be integral to shaping membership and revenue growth of the business, ensuring that is supported by robust, data-led decision making.
Core Responsibilities: - Build out necessary systems/dashboards, so that commercial teams have access to the right data and KPIs in real time to drive strategic decisions - Collaboration with senior management to provide analysis and validate key drivers/variables - Scrutinise the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics on and offline - Assist in developing customer insight tools and techniques across the business (including forecasting, testing & proposition modelling) - Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them to management across key parts of the business (club, digital and content) - Support sales and marketing teams to ensure membership leads are prioritised in the right order - Provide future trend analysis and competitor benchmarking - Other ad hoc analytical tasks as requested
The individual - MUST HAVE SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE - Min 3-4 years working with data, with experience in a high-growth commercial environment - Advanced SQL skills - Degree in either Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or similar - Strong technical understanding of membership-based models, SalesForce administration and other CRM platforms, as well digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics - Ability to translate data into commercial insights - Strong problem solving skills - Detail orientated and comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity and variety - Hard worker - prepared to go above and beyond to meet needs of the business - Ability to present data and complex information simply, clearly and concisely - Comfortable working with all levels of management and in a global business
