As part of an organisation-wide digital transformation programme, Mind is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM across the charity. 300 staff are now live as part of “phase 1” and 100 more are coming onto the system during this first phase as part of the 3rd and final release. This is a time of great aspiration and considerable opportunity for Mind.
Reporting to the Head of Data and Supporter Relations, the Head of CRM will be accountable for the success of CRM across Mind and will be responsible for further developing the CRM capability and embedding the system as an integral part of the organisation.
You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation (including the Wales Office) and will work with volunteers/temporary staff/consultants/agencies as required as well as being accountable for CRM supplier relationships.
With a proven record of accomplishment in leading CRM/Data technical teams, enhancing customer focused culture, you will ensure you team is motivated and solution focused. You’ll have demonstrable experience of develop and delivering a CRM strategy at scale and expertise in data management, and business intelligence systems. With a passion for teaching others, you’ll be a great leader and will maintain effective relationships.
