12-month FTC - possibility to become permanent or extended Closing Date: Monday 20th July at middayInterview Date: W/C 27th July As our HR Business Partner you will seek to transform and modernise Estuary’s HR practices and implement a new people strategy for our Care and Support directorate. This is a key post for Estuary, working with the Care and Support leadership team, taking responsibility for operational delivery of the local People Plan. This includes a strong focus on areas such as:Lead on the design and implementation of the Care and Support People Strategy and the local People Plan and projects.Contribute to the wider Estuary People Strategy and projects.Act as the internal expert for Care and Support on areas such as: employee relations, policies and procedures, the resolution of complex ER matters, performance management, L&D, pay and benefits, recruitment and selection, OD and change Report to the Director of People & Change and other Senior Leadership Team members on People and Change related matters.Provide strong leadership and direction to direct reports. Support the strategic work of Care and Support in embedding a new business strategy including:Embedding change across the Directorate and beyondRepresenting Estuary and building relationships with external stakeholders to increase the organisation’s profile. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to step straight into this role and take charge when it comes to helping us modernise the way we work. It’s a must for you to have experience in the Care and Support sector in order for you to have a clear understanding of the way we work. Demonstrable commercial experience of developing and implementing a wide range of concurrent people and change strategies and have knowledge of what a modern and effective people and change strategy looks like.Demonstrable experience of enabling change, including cultural change.Developing People Plans and implementation strategies to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrable evidence of employment law, resolving complex ER issues, supporting restructures and org design, drafting policy and procedure.Be able to provide expert advice and guidance to senior colleagues Flexible or Home Working is possible for this role but you must be willing to travel to the various care and support sites across Essex.
