We currently have both full and part time roles that involve working within the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care and may include undertaking high quality assessments and reviews for CHC and FNC eligibility, managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs and commissioning of packages of care to support an individual’s assessed needs.. As part of this role you will also have the opportunity to undertake Community DOLS applications and gain greater knowledge and skills in working with this important legislation.
