An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Chef to join our team.
As an Executive Chef you will have outstanding culinary skills and be able to provide high quality and effective service management of catering services by setting an example to all catering staff.
Overseeing the operation of our existing three restaurants in extra care services and leading on the development, mobilisation and effective operation of new restaurants, you will have excellent knowledge of how to run a restaurant and what it needs to be a success, delivering consistently to an outstanding standard.
You will be able to ensure the efficient operation of all catering aspects through analysis of quality and cost of food production to increase the quality of meals and service provided, lead on menu development and creation, ensuring meals deliver what matters to customers to a consistently outstanding standard food hygiene and safety regimes are adhered to and staff are properly and well trained.
