WHAT YOU’LL DO
No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role, as a general guide, your duties will include:
• Supporting residents with personal care needs
• Supporting residents with medication, full training will be given
• Providing support around mealtimes
• Keeping accurate records
• Leading activities that support people to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives

Fleming House is a nursing and residential home on the outskirts of Eastleigh. We have all the latest equipment to meet our residents’ needs along with a relaxed, welcoming and homely atmosphere.
