Supporting one of our Care Organisations, you will be responsible for the financial plans and policies that ensure the statutory financial duties of the Care Organisation are met and ensure the organisations ability to deliver against strategic objectives set by Group. You will be a valued member of the Care Organisation Leadership Team making a corporate contribution to the overall delivery of their plans/objectives and the delivery of quality, performance, innovation and productivity improvement standards which support the delivery of high quality patient care.
As financial advisor to the CO you will have responsibility for all aspects of financial governance, financial assurance and financial control.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong record of achievement as a Finance Director or Deputy within a hospital/care setting. You will have a proven track record of sound financial management along with effective financial leadership including the development and implementation of effective financial plans and control. An understanding of the potential of Information Technology in health care and an ability to define benefits realisation of new technology is also key.
You will be an engaging and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and influence others. A creative thinker you will have the skills to innovate, create effective partnerships and work effectively under pressure.
