Office Manager - International Organisation - Leicestershire - up to £35,000

We have a fabulous opportunity for a motivated and proactive Office Manager, ideally with experience in the Agricultural, Scientific or Pharmaceutical sectors, to join a fast-growing, international company in their small UK office.

We are looking for a highly organised multitasker with impeccable attention to detail who has the ability to work under pressure, juggle demands and prioritise workloads. You must have previous office management experience, including financial management, and marketing and project management experience is required as you will be responsible for managing marketing and PR material as well as creating and maintaining the UK CRM system.

This role is highly suited to someone focused and driven, who is looking for the perfect opportunity to utilise their varied skill base in a growing environment.


Key responsibilities as the Office Manager will include:

  • Day-to-day running of the office including being first point of contact
  • Extensive diary and travel management
  • Maintaining the website
  • Management of expenses
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Monitoring sales inline with budget expectations
  • Assisting in compiling monthly sales reports
  • Monitoring spend
  • Requesting and itemising Purchase Order numbers
  • Proofreading marketing and PR copy
  • Responsibility for leveraging social media to promote the company in the UK
  • Providing monthly market research
  • Creating reporting material
  • Creating, managing and maintaining the UK CRM system
  • Attending client events/meetings, minute taking and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Co-hosting client events
  • Exhibition and conference coordination

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar Office Manager role
  • Relevant finance / accounting experience
  • Marketing / Project Management experience
  • IT literate (MS Office Suite)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Highly organised nature with the ability to prioritise workloads and juggle demands
  • Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels (both face-to-face and virtually)
  • Full, clean driver’s licence
  • Second European language is advantageous
  • Understanding of agriculture / BASIS qualification (or willingness to learn) is beneficial
