We are looking for an experienced agency Commercial Director to head up new business, commercial partnerships and client account growth. This new hands-on role will work closely with the Managing Director and other leadership team members to drive agency growth, building on the agency’s strong brand and reputation for high-quality digital work.
We deliver transformational digital work across a wide variety of sectors - and you’ll be a vital part of helping us build on our strong reputation and develop our business further. You’ll help clients develop valuable new projects through a consultative and engaging approach to business development as well as help identify and win new accounts.

The role is based in our Kent office and will involve some travel to clients as required.

Who we are looking for
Overall Company Targets
We want to become a UK Top 100 Agency in the next 3 years. That means a net billables target of around £4.2M. This role will be vital in building the team and processes to achieve this target as part of the management team.
Current average order values:
You will report directly into the MD on a daily basis, with a monthly report for the board. There will be a quarterly strategic review, but this is an agile role within a small organisation, so we anticipate direct daily communication as required.
