The Global Customer Experience (GCX) team at Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a full-time Social Creative Coordinator to join our growing studio team. He/she will support the execution of social media content for the Global Tools & Storage (GTS) brands throughout EMEA ANZ. This individual must possess strong project management and organizational skills to help track, manage and release content.
The role will work with multiple teams to align priorities, track asset requests, and release or upload final assets. The ideal candidate will be able to manage competing priorities, keep detailed notes and documentation, and have proactive, clear communication.
Tracks all Social media asset needs.
Regularly updating statuses, notes and links.
Supports the E-Commerce Project Manager with reporting.
Tracks, maintains and provides monthly, quarterly and annual Social production metrics.
Collaborates with Creative Ops and Digital teams to forecast workload and content delivery schedules.
Works with Brand, Digital and wider global teams to align priorities, set expectations and establish timing.
Participates in status meetings.
Maintain all Social Media documentation and libraries.
Content request forms.
Global Social template direction.
Final and working files by brand and SKU.
Ensure all files follow naming conventions.
Partners with global teams to ensure Social assets are accessible company-wide.
Collect any content created or translated by agency partners globally.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent and 2+ years of experience working in a project management, traffic, operations or marketing role.
Previous Social media experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – advanced excel skills preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Independent, self-starter with a driven work ethic and the desire to learn.
Proactive, creative problem-solver.
Experience with Social media platforms.
Experience of creative process is a bonus.
Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal.
