Our client is looking for an experienced Shipping logistics Administrator must be fluent in Spanish as the role will be dealing with a core of Spanish clients
Job Description Shipping Administrator
This role will involve dealing with clients queries over the phone. You will have excellent attention to detail making sure all appropriate documentation is correct to meet compliance ready for customs and excise.
Creating and processing import entries onto the CRM sytem Arranging and monitoring import deliveries Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Providing administrative assistance to the General Manager and Sales team General administrative duties such as preparing customer invoices, processing supplier invoices and liasing with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
In depth experience of handling freight imports, customs entry creation and customs procedures. Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and excellent telephone manner.
Advanced in Excel, Word
Experience in latest rules on Customs, Excise, Imports, Duty for Europe, China, Asia and USA
