Telesales Executive – £20,000 basic plus potential commission of £6000
We are in the process of recruiting talented people to join our growing Team. This innovative scheme is in its infancy so there is an opportunity to be a true pioneer of this initiative as the technology is rolled out across the country in coming months.
The position will report into the Telesales Manager.
Hours are Monday to Friday based on two shift patterns
9:00am – 5:30pm and 10:00am to 6:30pm
Handling Inbound and outbound sales calls
Manage leads quickly and effectively
Seek to continually over-achieve sales revenue targets
To be compliant in all aspects of the role and company policies
Providing a consultative, solutions-based approach to customers
Be creative and proactive in developing new sales opportunities and driving brand awareness.
Commerciality and ability to spot new business opportunities
Tracking KPIs and reporting to manager
