12 month contract renewable - £40,000 - £44,000 plus 10% bonus, pension and 25 days holiday.
This is an exellent opportunity to join this fast paced and growing Global Consumer Electronics Company as a Marketing and Social Insights manager working within their Consumer and Marketing Intelligence team, you will provide social intelligence across product launch, competitor benchmarking, brand health and campaign analysis reporting on business performance to provide actionable insights. Social Listening skills are essential.
You will need to have good project management and social listening tools (Crimson, Hexagon, Sprinklr) and strong data interpretation skills to be able to build compelling stories from a range of sources together with a genuine passion and curiosity for what motivates consumers and customers. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver flagship products, sharing insights across marketing and product teams, promoting marketing communication by providing consistent analysis across PR, Marketing, digital and media campaigns and supporting the development of the teams analytical capability.
You will lead the relationship to develop social listening analysis and reporting tools ensuring requirements are met and delivered as well as providing insights through campaign development and activation from strategy development, target audience identification, performance measurement and reporting plan.
