The Role: Working for this high growth start up, the Senior Business Consultant will join a dynamic team selling a digital on-demand recruitment platform for temporary staff into the warehouse and logistics markets. Winning and retaining all accounts, the Senior Business Consultant will target Heads of HR, Operations and Procurement to drive new business acquisition and up-sell within existing accounts. This is an exciting client facing opportunity for an outgoing salesperson looking for serious earning potential and rapid career progression within a high growth firm.

As a Senior Business Consultant your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling a digital recruitment platform for temporary staff and contract recruitment
  • Sourcing and closing new business acquisition across the logistics sector
  • Win & retain account management

For this Senior Business Consultant position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in any sector
  • Experience of selling to HR, Procurement or Operations within the logistics sector
  • A polished, driven and credible self-starter
