Innovation Business Development Manager

£45,000 - 70,000 per year


Selecta, the British and European leader in unattended food and beverage concepts, is hiring a high-achieving Business Development Manager to establish the Express HUB in workplaces nationwide. As a true ‘Hunter’ by nature you will have demonstrable experience of high-value solution sales and be eager to make your mark in an emerging market. We are hiring two roles to cover the North and South respectively and with each role involving extensive travel.

The role

You will be tasked with selling the Express HUB, a technology-based food & beverage solution into large, corporate end-user accounts mostly. This is a field-based role with extensive travel covering either the North/Midlands or the South of England: the ideal candidates must be based centrally within either of these regions. You will be responsible for designing and delivering each turnkey solution on a client by client basis - this is not a 'one size fits all' offering. Your remit spans the whole cycle from lead generation, introduction, presentation to implementation.

In return we offer a basic of up to £45k and a realistic OTE Of £70k with uncapped earning potential! Plus progression opportunities as we invest in the development of our future leaders.

About you

Individuals with new business experience in technology, FMCG, Business Supplies & Equipment or similar and a strong track record of hitting targets are invited to apply!
