This is a remotely based role with the requirement to come to Bridgwater a number of times a month.
You’ll be the voice of our Employer Brand both externally and internally. Acting as the creative and channel lead for internal online communications and employer branding, responsible for creating and delivering content in ways that inspire and engage our people, both current and prospective. You’ll provide a creative and energetic approach to how we engage with candidates and amplify our Employer Brand, acting as a critical partner to the resourcing team supporting them to attract and hire the best talent to meet our business needs.
Day to Day
Owning, creating and delivering - from our external Social channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other external hiring platforms) to our internal online communications channels you’ll plan, create and develop content, brand assets and tone of voice
Bringing our brand narrative to life - both internally and externally through all employee and candidate communication and experience, so our people have the awareness, understanding, commitment and opportunity to play their part and become advocates.Partnering - with the resourcing team to produce engaging and inspiring candidate driven content and internal communications stakeholders across the business to ensure consistency and offer advice and provide information about initiatives that may have an impact on their requirements What you'll bring
Experience in a social media / recruitment marketing / content writing and/or internal communications role, with a strong track record of executing and delivering awareness and engagement
Passion for telling the employer story to both build awareness of the brand and engagement and advocacy internally and providing the best possible experience throughout the candidate lifecycle
