Smart Teachers is recruiting Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work in a range of schools across the London borough of Hillingdon. The successful candidates will have the option of both long-term work (for the duration of the academic year at the same school) and shorter-term work (ad hoc/block bookings at a variety of schools). Positions across EYFS, Key stage 1 and 2 will be available. Smart Teachers require Special Needs TeachingAassistants to support children in a small group and 1:1 basis, working with children with a variety of needs. Experience supporting pupils with SEN (in a mainstream or SEN school is desirable but not essential). Experience with PECS and Makaton would also be desirable.
Smart Teachers work with a range of schools in the London borough of Hillingdon. These include LEA schools, faith schools, Independent schools and SEN schools.
