Due to continued growth, Dematic is seeking a Sales Controller to join the FP&A team.

The Sales Controller will report to the CFO and will have regular exposure to the Leadership Team (LT) and senior business leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to drive financial performance by focusing on key internal business processes.

You will be a commercial finance professional with strong finance business partnering skills who can successfully drive production and distribution of meaningful management information and also develop/maintain systems to facilitate improved reporting.

  • Sales, Marketing, & Solutions Development business partner
  • Lead for the monthly order intake process including preparation, submission and commentary on New Business Budget & monthly forecasting (SIOP Reporting)
  • Assist solutions development teams on project costing to ensure maximum profitability and review reasonableness of assumptions and FX exposure mitigation oversight
  • Finance advisor on strategic growth initiatives across all vertical markets and product solutions
  • Lead for hedge accounting strategies for projects with FX exposure
  • Develop robust financial models to enhance the forecasting accuracy of new business revenue
  • Salesforce tool support to sales managers
  • Responsible for managing all Selling cost centres (actuals, monthly forecast, STRAP, Budget reporting) to drive cost awareness and operational profitability
  • Calculation and administration of sales incentive bonuses
  • Delegation of Authority Compliance Oversight
  • Finance advisor for non-standard contract terms

  • Qualified accountant with 8+ years post qualification experience
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload to meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Able to take the initiative and demonstrate an attitude towards continuous improvement
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and excel skills
  • Experience of driving change
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • FX hedging experience
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce & Oracle Hyperion is an advantage
