Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

·The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

·Direct collaboration with retail chains: Tesco, Sainsbury`s, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose, COOP, Ocado.

•To identify new business growth opportunities, including new customers, sales channels in line with the company's sales strategy.

•To build and expand long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

•To arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

•To understand the needs of customers and to assist them with our products and our brand development.

•To prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, maintain and update contact database.

•To serve as the link of communication between the customers and the company‘s internal teams

•To resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and to deal with complaints to maintain trust

•To prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts

•To attend relevant trade shows, conferences, workshops, and sales meetings.

•To generate leads and cold call prospective customers.

·Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

·Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

·Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

·Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

·Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Experience and Requirements for this role:

•Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, Key account manager or a relevant role in FMCG at least 3 years.

•Proven sales track record.

•Market knowledge.

·Ability to build report

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals on all organizational levels.

•Proficiency in MS Office.

•Proficiency in English both spoken and written.

•Communication and negotiation skills

•Time management and planning skills

•Degree in Marketing, (International) Business, Finance or any other related field.

•Open-minded, self-sufficient.

•Clean driver‘s license and preferable a car owner
