The Head of Operations will be operationally responsible for community dental services within Bury, Rochdale and Oldham. This is a new operational post and the post-holder will join an established team of managers and support staff to deliver the highest quality service for patients within this borough. You will be responsible for over 86 staff: dentists; therapists, dental nurses and support staff, covering 5 clinical sites and 1 administrative base. We’re looking for an experienced and credible operational manager who has demonstrable experience of managing services, contracts, leading teams and managing people. You will be responsible for ensuring deliver against operational and clinical objectives in a timely manager; as well as ensuring the service operates within a framework of good governance and a commitment to drive forward service improvement. This is an exciting time for Bridewaters Community dental Network. You will join a Network that is expanding and looking to extend its reach and influence further. We need someone who is committed, confident and assured and can transform operational delivery
