Our Data, Analytics & Intelligence team are at the core of the latest developments and key decisions within our business. They’re a constantly expanding team and currently on the lookout for a Data Architect to join them on a 6 month contract.

Data is revolutionising how wellbeing works, and you’ll be no different, creating and maintaining the enterprise data architecture that meets data governance, regulatory and business requirements. You’ll be mapping the business requirements to data requirements and defining how the data should be provisioned to the business to serve both their Digital and BI & Analytics needs to ensure consistency, ease of use and performance.
This role will allow you to work as part of a team dedicated to organising, integrating and controlling data throughout the business so that it is accessible, reliable and timely whenever users call upon it. You will collect, validate, define, organise, protect, process and generally maintain data across the lifecycle. You’ll also help to prepare (engineer) data for analytical needs.
You’ll be comfortable working closely with technology teams to enable physical schemas to be implemented in the Data & Analytics solution that align to the enterprise data models.
You will be working on an exciting project as part of a team dedicated defining the Digital landscape, taxonomies and ontology for data and metadata to enable, effective data flow through the Digital ecosystem into Analytical products improving the customer experience.
You will be required to ensure data management principles, practices and controls are in place with new technology offerings we implement, as well as ensuring we have the appropriate data solution architecture in place fit for the type of analytics we are tasked to enable, i.e. considering streaming, real time analytics, Operational Data analytics, etc.
Please note this role will initially be working from home / Location Independent, with a shift to a hybrid office/home working set up as lockdown restrictions evolve. We’re also committed to the work/life balance of our teams, so we’re happy to consider flexible working options.
