Our Accounts Payable team could use an extra pair of hands so we’re searching for someone who is a real number cruncher with analytical and practical thinking. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a Finance department. We're currenty working from home but full training and support will be given and you'll attend team meetings through video every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Recording and updating purchase ledger invoices on our system
  • Processing invoices and preparing for payment
  • Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations
  • Setting up new suppliers and building relationships
  • Investigating queries by communicating with our various departments and stores

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent attention to detail with an eye for numbers
  • Super communication skills, both written and verbal
  • No stranger to Microsoft office, including Excel & Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Procure Wizard
