As our showrooms are attracting so many new customers, we are looking for Weekend Sales Advisors to welcome, engage and deliver the exceptional Wren service that we are so proud of. You'll proactively approach customers to show them around the showroom, presenting our different kitchen ranges with enthusiasm while confidently talking about, and introducing them to, Wren Kitchens. Full training will be provided, along with a uniform. What we have on offer The best pay package in the kitchen sector and amazing incentives during our peak seasons. You will receive £8.72ph and generous uncapped commissions boosting this to an OTE of £14-£18ph. Here at Wren we want you to grow along with us. Flexible working environment As our showrooms receive 50% of our footfall over the weekend, we are looking for Weekend Sales Advisors to work every Saturday and Sunday. You will work 12 hours (6 hours each day) with a typical start time between 10am and 12noon, finishing between 4pm and 6pm. This role is perfect for people with family commitments, or someone who is currently studying and has the availability to work weekends, earn a great income and want to develop themselves and their career. You’ll have a real passion for delivering the very best customer service, creating a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. You will be a confident and effective communicator with an eye for detail and design. Smart appearance with a can-do attitude is a must. Previous experience in a sales or KPI lead environment would be advantageous but enthusiasm to drive your own performance, personally succeed and exceed targets is essential!
