Complaint Handler- Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance (Temp Ongoing)
One of our social housing clients in North London are looking for a Complaint Handler to join their team on a temp ongoing basis. This role is working within a call centre environment and you will be carrying out the following duties:
For this role, you will have ideally worked within social housing or property services in a complaint handling or resolution role as this role is an immediate start.
This role is a very fast paced role and will be working within a busy work environment. You will ideally be able to work under pressure and be confident in call handling and have strong administration skills and a full understanding of complaints and resolutiions. Ideally you will have strong background in call centre work and/or customer service. Experience in gas/heating and servicing, social housing or housing repairs is highly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work within a well established and reputable company and work your way through the ranks!
Salary is between £25,000-27,000 PA DOE..Working Mon-Friday 35 hours per week 9am-5pm
