Great opportunity to work with a dynamic, innovative payment processing company. The job is office based and applications from all backgrounds and experience will be considered, the one thing we are looking for is the drive and commitment to excel in this role. Proficiency in Word, Excel is required as is a good, confident telephone manner. Industry experience is not essential as we will provide ongoing training. Basic plus bonus.  Primarily responsible for ordering new hardware and payment processing services for customer
 Ensuring all orders are completed accurately resulting in minimal delays in approval
 Taking ownership of any day to day problems
 Providing assistance to a wide variety of queries
 Accurately updating and maintaining the CRM system with new customers, approvals and live/pending deals
 Ensuring all processes are completed in compliance with regulations, internal and operational requirements
 Successfully building strong relations with external partners and internal team
 Updating and maintaining stock reports
 Pursuing and resolving credit and arrears issues
 Successfully resolving customers enquiries
 If required, training and mentoring new team members in all departments, including designing training packs
 Effectively dealing with key account customer enquiries by telephone and by email
