Sous Chef: award winning 2AA Rosette gastro pub/restaurant - £28k/£30k plus tips
OWN TRANSPORT AND DRIVE
Our client is a fresh food British gastro pub/restaurant cooking to 2AA Rosette standard. This restaurant is in the Good Food Guide having won many awards for its food. 50 cover restaurant. They cook everything from scratch and fresh including the ice cream and bread.
We are looking for a strong Sous Chef with a background in gastro pubs or restaurants cooking to Rosette standard or similar. You will have the right attitude and be happy working in a smaller brigade of 3/4. Have strong leadership skills, a friendly approach, a good working attitude and be reliable. A Sous Chef who can run the brigade when the Head Chef is off.
£28k - £30k plus tips dep on experience
5 days on, 2 days off plus Sunday evening off after 6.30pm and one other evening.
Must have gastro pub and Rosette experience.
Must have own transport and drive
