We are looking for an experienced and professional Estimator to join our Team across our Scotland Region. This is a great opportunity within our Facilities Management Business

As an Estimator you ill report directly into the MD, where you will help develop and expand our Facilities Management business through the preparation and submission of excellent PQQ’s and completion of ITT’s to both the Public and Private sector.

  • Work as part of a team to win new business for the FM division
  • Prepare cost estimates by analysing proposals and requirements.
  • Work closely with the bid team.
  • To assist in the development of the business through the preparation and submissions of bids across the Public and Private sectors.
  • To assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations.
  • To carry out a variety of project work within the division which may include projects relating to pricing of existing contracts, materials and sub contractors

This role is to cover the Scotland area so will include travel and remote working. Areas would include Livingston, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Sterling etc. Ideally you will live around the Livingston or Glasgow area.

What are we looking for?

You will be an expert in your field having worked in a similar role previously. You will be educated to college diploma level in a relevant subject area, QS or similar qualification and ideally have previous experience of the FM Sector along with working in a deadline driven environment
