As Process Inventory Manager you will work closely with the functional teams within Close Brothers Asset Finance & Leasing ("CBAFL") to implement standards, processes and tools required to manage the process inventory. Working with process owners to maintain process maps along with standard operating procedures and communicate changes to processes in line with agreed governance processes. Working closely with the Operations teams within CBAFL to manage the creation and review cycles for standard operating procedures and provide support, guidance and advice on operational matters.
Provide cover when needed to the Documentation Manager who is responsible for maintaining efficient document review and approval processes ensuring finance and ancillary documents/letters are fit for the business purpose and are compliant with the latest regulations.
Define, agree and administer governance processes for changes to processes and standard operating procedures (SOP) to best fit the agile change delivery methods in operation within CBAFL Define, set-up and administer process mapping standards and tools Set up and maintain a central process inventory aligned to the agreed process framework Create, update and manage process maps or SOPs in line with latest regulations or agreed business practises Communicate processes, to include publishing items within the CBAFL Jive intranet storage areas for Policies and Documentation Impact assess future changes to identify processes that may be impacted by that change Responsible for identifying critical business processes, ensuring appropriate visibility and reporting of process changes to these. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within BAU Gain a detailed understanding of the Documentation inventory, governance and sign off procedures to provide cover where required for the Documentation Manager. To provide cover to the Documentation Manager in supporting the maintenance of the CBAFL documentation suite (covering CCA regulated and non-regulated agreements as well as printed? stationery) ensuring documentation is aligned with CBAFL risk appetite and business objectives Where required, work with the external design agency to create new documentation templates or make updates to existing ones Maintain adequate records to provide a clear audit trail of changes and evidence of sign offs
