We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

The Marketing Manager will report in to the Head of Marketing & Communications within the Commercial team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering our Securitas UK marketing strategy specifically to attract new prospects to Securitas, generate interest in solutions with existing clients and increase our brand awareness across the UK.

As the Marketing Manager you will work in close collaboration with the UK sales team, the Marketing Manager will use customer insights, competitor information, market research and other relevant information to define and implement targeted, measurable, digital marketing plans.

On a daily basis you will creating engaging multi-media content whist staying up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and social media trends, the Marketing Manager will use SEO, PPC and other marketing initiatives e.g. telemarketing to drive sales leads, generate interest in company services and products, and increase traffic to Securitas.uk.com and social media channels

The main responsibilities for this position are:-

  • The Marketing Manager defines the Securitas UK marketing strategy aligned to the strategic business plan
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and plans
  • Manage the development and execution of cost-effective, targeted marketing campaigns (local and national) from concept to execution across all media i.e. from broadcast and press to digital and social media
  • Effectively manage interactions with existing and prospective clients during the sales process using the latest CRM capability
  • Create new business pipeline generation for SME sales
  • Generate inbound demand and drive traffic through online marketing programmes
  • Research, appoint and manage telemarketing supplier(s)
  • Track all marketing and sales data to provide insightful campaign feedback/analytics and management information – adjusting marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Create and produce sales collateral to support targeted marketing campaigns/ activities
  • Continuously review current products and services to identify value add or new initiatives
  • Align with the digital communications exec to plan and deliver targeted content across all digital channels i.e. website, social media
  • The Marketing Manager will oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related content
  • Manage third party suppliers where required to successfully deliver marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the sales teams’ attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences and exhibitions
  • Any other duties as directed by the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Required Skills
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Provide a 5 year checkable history
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in planning and delivering successful marketing strategies
  • Tele-marketing experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems.

To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both orally and in written language.

Desirable Skills
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Media or related subject
  • Microsoft 365 certified
  • Experience in Dynamics CRM, InDesign and ESN tools
