This is a small older home and you need to be financially astute, practical, and organized, to manage our resources carefully.
You will have an excellent “front-of-house” manner. Well spoken, personable, decisive, confident, assertive, you will always be ready to represent the home and its values to all professionals and relatives.
To be a successful candidate you must be able communicate cogently, proficient in using all available technology whether this is preparing reports and care plans, dealing with professionals, Commissioning, or providing information to the Provider.
You will drive change where needed, bring proven strategies for moving forward and re-energizing the service. You will be committed to retaining /improving our rating with CQC and will have led a care home through successful CQC inspections.
You will be supported by a small but excellent dedicated team of staff and an experienced former Manager who has been with the home for over 10 years.
