We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant customers who are, aged between 18 to 65, and who suffer with mental health issues.
They live within our Camberley properties in their own individual rooms. We help our customers by assessing their needs and building individual support plans that help them reach their individual goals and aspirations.

About our team
You'll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team we're a 'work family'. Our manager is Jana who is about to head off for maternity leave and Berry will be stepping in to help manage the service. T here are 3 of us in the team and we don't just love to support our customers, we're there for each other too! Nicky, Berry and Jana are looking for another member to join this small but driven team in delivering quality support to our customers.
Our service runs from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday with support at weekends and Bank Holidays being provided by our on-call system.
Looking for a more flexible working pattern? You can also join us on a flexible basis by being part of our bank. You can work hours that fit around your current commitments or even pick up some additional shifts to your main role to earn some extra cash and get paid on a weekly basis.
You're passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. You'll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. You may have an awareness of safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, support plans, alongside working collaboratively.
We help change our customer's lives for the better. You'll play your part by assisting in the delivery of tasks that are based on our customers personal support plans, and their needs and aspirations. You'll work with our Senior Support Workers and external agencies to assess and engage support for our customers. We empower our customers to develop the independent living skills they need, to successfully move on. Together we'll make a difference!
To make sure that we keep our records straight, and customers safe, it's important that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!) If you're not the biggest fan of technology, that's not a problem to us. You do need to know that we are quite a high-tech company and most of our application process and mandatory learning are online. However, we're glad to support you, if you need help.
It would be amazing if you have worked in this type of environment before, however it's your "can do" positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success. We can nurture your talent, just let us know in your cover letter why you have a passion for working here!
We have 4 more on houses within the service, and you may be asked to walk across to these on occasion to support.
If you are successful, we need you to have an Enhanced Disclosure Check through the Disclosure and Barring Service which we'll pay for.
