Circa 25k base salary + excellent bonus and good benefits package
A fantastic opportunity to develop a career within Commercial Property Management. The business is currently going through a period of growth and this additional hire will continue to strengthen the management team. A unique and varied role involving sales, marketing, events, and overall management of the site.
Responsibilities
Market and promote the centre to the local business community
Running and organising events
Carrying out viewings of the offices and dealing with lettings
Liaising with onsite clients on a day to day basis
Managing contractors to ensure the centre presents well, is clean and safe
Ensuring all H&S requirements are complied with
General administration
Building management
General administration tasks
Experience
Sales/networking experience
Events and Marketing experience
Good marketing knowledge
Attitude and enthusiasm
Strong IT skills
