Apply for this jobWe require an experienced call handler to work part-time Monday to Friday 9 am to 2 pm for our Helpline call centre office in St Helens, Liverpool. You will be required to answer all telephone calls, deal direct with drivers and our London Office dealing with House to House charity bag collection queries. You will work helping the Complaints Manager and Office Manager in a very friendly office environment. We seek somebody that has worked in an office previously and used to dealing with complaints and being sympathetic and proactive in their approach to work. We require somebody that can work under minimal supervision, be honest and trustworthy and become a valuable member of the team. The applicant must be respectful and kind-hearted to deal with the types of calls we receive on a daily basis.
