We’re looking for someone who can inspire others, encourage reflective practice and change and who can work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
You will be able to develop and maintain effective, positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders bring together and address the spiritual needs of groups from diverse faith/no-faith and cultural backgrounds and have a proven track record in creating and delivering innovative solutions to meet service needs. You will also have strong leadership skills which will motivate staff to deliver integrated spiritual care.
You should be educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a relevant subject and with experience of delivering spiritual care in a health or social care setting.
You will also have experience and sound knowledge of the current NHS Spiritual Care landscape, an understanding of diversity and equality and knowledge and skills in developing and delivering spiritual care in a multidisciplinary area.
Must be able to travel independently across the region.
