Up to £20000 per annum + Uncapped commission £50,000 OTE

What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience within a consultative sales environment
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programmes, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and flexible in terms of workload
  • Ability to continually prioritise workload
  • Confident, articulate, self motivated
  • Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest, LTV etc.)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under their own initiative
  • Great organisational and strong IT skills
  • Be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
  • Experienced sales background with a proven track record
  • Highly target driven with the ability to produce results

Property Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with potential clients & understanding their needs & requirements
  • Responding to client enquiries and providing comprehensive information about our investment property
  • Managing a client pipeline by regular phone calls and emails ensuring notes are fully updated and accurate.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings where necessary.
  • Negotiating with clients & closing out investment discussions to ensure clients buy

They are an expanding company, with significant growth over the past 24 months & due to their success, as the company grows they will be requiring more Managers within the team. They are strong believers in promoting from within where possible - true to their word, they have promoted 3 members of staff into management roles within the past 6 months.
